I've seen a handful of people mention things like using them in stories, animations, etc...
and I am wondering, whoever ends up buying her from you... will they have full rights to
use the design / character for whatever they want? As in, once we buy her, you won't be
expecting extra money of any kind if the person ends up using them in something like a
story, animation, or... let's say, webcomic, that may someday earn a small amount of profit
(the project that the character is featured in, not the character itself.) No one ever specifies
that up front when selling character designs, but since a lot of people have mentioned
wanting to use it in a project of theirs (and I myself may have place for it or a humanized
version of it in w.i.p. webcomic, after a dream I had last night) I thought it would be a
question worth asking.
Of course if you've already chose someone this may be pointless, but I suppose it would
be good to know for future designs you create, too. I don't know a lot of people on dA who
actually start projects like that and go through with them, but there are a few. (I like to
consider myself one of those few, though I haven't actually started my project yet. It's
still very hush hush at the moment, actually.)
